On occasions exchanges may be available up to 48 hours before the performance at the Managers discretion.
Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances, at the Managers discretion and may not be on the day of the request.

All tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management's right to alter the advertised programme or cast in the event of illness or unavoidable cause, without prior notification.
The Theatre Management reserves the right, in extreme circumstances, to cancel any performance without notice. Every effort will be made to contact customers in advance and a full refund will be provided.
For the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our customers the theatre does not allow children to sit on people's laps. This can block the vision of customers nearby. Parents are advised not to attend with infants less than TWO years of age as the theatre experience can, at times, be unsuitable and frightening.
Consequently we do not sell reduced price tickets for infants.
The use of cameras, video and audio equipment within the auditoria is strictly prohibited. Mobile phones, pagers and watch alarms are an irritant to both actors and audience and must be switched off prior to entering the auditorium
Thank you
